Google prohibits extensions for crypto-mining!

Google announced that he was withdrawing crypto-mining extensions from his "Chrome Web Store" store on April 2, after "90%" did not comply with his rules.

In a blog post, the move is justified by the number of malicious "cryptojacking" viruses in the extensions.

When a user takes over the extension of any kind that is hidden "cryptojacking", his computer starts mining the crypts without the consent and knowledge of the user.

"Over the past few months there has been an increase in malicious extensions that allegedly provide useful functionality, while hidden hidden crypto-scripting scripts are built in," says Wagner.

Though they previously provided mining extensions for which mining was the sole purpose, Gugl will now ban new entrants from entering the store and remove existing ones by June.

Only one of the ten extensions involved in mining adheres to Chrom's disclosure policies, says Wagner.

"Unfortunately, about 90% of all extensions with mining scripts that developers attempted to place in the Chrome Web Store store failed to comply with these guidelines and were rejected or removed from the operation," he adds.

In June, another Guglo counter-ban on crypto-crypts begins, involving the cryptographic advertising and removal from Google Adwords.
