My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2023

We have contradictory feelings of varying degrees, so we find ourselves acting like devils at times and like angels at other times. Some situations require us to be resourceful and other times we act very kindly. The important thing is not to allow those feelings to affect us, even though tendencies and genes may tend us towards one side more than the other and of course the environment plays a role.

بداخلنا مشاعر متناقضة بدرجات مختلفة، فنجد أنفسنا نتصرف كشياطين في بعض الأحيان وكملائكة في أوقات أخرى. تتطلب بعض المواقف أن نكون محتالين وفي أوقات أخرى نتصرف بمنتهى الطيبة. المهم هو عدم السماح لتلك المشاعر بالتأثير علينا، على الرغم من أن الميول والجينات قد يميلان بنا نحو جانب اكثر من الاخر وبالطبع البيئة لها دور.
