My Splinterlands Diary - Foundation Archons and Gold Foils

Hello Splinterlands players, I hope you have a nice day! Another pack opening post today after I earned them from completing the daily battles. The reward chests are the incentive for playing in the Frontier format. It's the free to play format in Splinterlands that beginners can start with and collect the first set of cards. The more consistent one plays, the more cards will be won.

I have three reward chests to open today. I'm hoping to get some cards that will level up the current ones I have.

I opened the three chests all at once. It had fifteen cards in total. My wish list for opening are legendary, archon and gold foils.

Fifteen new cards added to my collection. There are a couple of gold foils and archons. Two in my wish list was granted, they're good cards even if there were no legendary or epics among them.

There are two Earth cards that can be upgraded to maximum level, Dread Tafarian and Vicious Quilliun. Meanwhile, the gold foil Wilhelmdale Deputy will be level up to four. I already have a level four Wilhelmdale Deputy so other than collection value, I did not gain any additional power from it.

Dread Tafarian is a good tank at maximum level. It has two attacks and its health gets up to eight.

Vicious Quilliun was maximized and added health to its stats. It's not much of an upgrade if you ask me.

That's my update for now. I will keep playing the Frontier and increasing my cards. See you in the next update!
