15 random coins 'health'
Strictly from curiosity I was wondering how 'healthy' some coins are. So, I tried to compare statistics results collected today. And I have created following table with data.
From table we can see that there are old coins, but also fresh ones. Current price of the coins is not related with their age. Sometimes you get lucky investing in new coins which rises quickly, sometimes it takes time for price to get up and sometimes there is no surprise in coin price which stays low for a long period of time.
We can see that most 'Number of active nodes' come with coins that are most mined, like: BTC, Dash, Monero, ETH, BCH.
There are daily transactions for coins that are most used for transfer of funds and they are: BTC, Ripple, ETH, Steemcoin and IOTA. But also, there are almost forgotten coins, with low number of daily transactions, like: PeerCoim, MintCoin or ZCoin.
It would be good to compare next year about changes.
