Biomimicry
Wow, this is one dope ass beer! Biomimicry (2017) by Speciation Ales.Last year they introduced Biomimicry, an IPA/saison hybrid fermented with their house cultures, and dry-hopped with Belma and Amarillo. It was a beer they were proud of, and when they shared it with their brewer friends it was met with glowing reviews.
However, as it goes the public did not have the same appreciation. It ended up being their lowest rated beer.
They redesigned the recipe and brewed a hazier, juicer beer that seems to appeal with the masses current tastes.
