Cherry Blossoms
Cherry blossoms seem to be everywhere; almost attacking me.
Small petals assault me, unprovoked, from above.
Attach themselves to my being.
Add decoration, I suppose.
Maybe then, I will be worthy of being looked upon by the normal people.
Perhaps the small, pink flowers will crown me as a real person, not to be ignored, shoved aside, walked upon.
The petals embrace me, unafraid.
I should be thankful.
They're the only ones besides the wind and cold who dare to do so.
