How To Stain and Seal Outdoor Patio

This newly laid concrete patio in Colfax, California needed to be stained and sealed before the other construction work could be completed. First I pressure washed the concrete for a thorough cleaning. The slab was then sealed with Creto DPS to waterproof the concrete and provide a moisture barrier to help prevent topcoat delamination. The concrete was then stained with a water based stain. Two colors were used to add depth. The slab was then sealed with a coat of epoxy and two coats of a matte urethane sealer.
