How To Restore Flood Damaged Concrete
This a great video on how to stop efflorescence from coming through a concrete slab. This client in Grass Valley, California had bad flooding damage his concrete floors in his basement. The floors were honed down to expose aggregate, smooth out the floor, and get it ready for staining in the future. The floor was then sealed with Creto Deep Penetrating Sealer. This product crystallizes through the slab making it completely waterproofed but still breathable. This process completely and permanently stopped the water and efflorescence from seeping through the concrete. Find out more at https://cretoseal.com/
