Sculpture painting practice
To begin, I sketch guide lines for facial features and the outer shape. Next, I use a texture brush to create a simple dark background. Then, I apply mid-grey to highlight light surfaces and use darker grey for shadows. Finally, I add darker tones and highlights to enhance solidity.
