MEGA BULLFROG PHOTOGRAPHY!!

Hey everyone, I am currently in the process of planting a nice big vegetable garden, I am kind of tired of paying the Earth for rubbish low grade high pesticide vegetables and what better way to stick it to the evil establishment by taking the steps to get off grid, Step 1: Vegetable Garden!

On this fine evening I was busy watering the vegetable garden and admiring the red peppers, when this happened...

At first glance it does not look like much is happening here right? Take a closer look...

Naturally I got a huge fright as this was not expected, I almost stood on a snake the other day, living in Africa we have many of those and tons of wildlife, but you need to be careful.

Since I first saw this guy and took these naps I have seen him regularly, this is now his home and like most animals are territorial.

Every afternoon at around 6pm I water the garden, I give him a little extra to cool him off. We are going into winter albeit the daily temperatures still easily hitting 35 degrees celcius.

I always wonder how folks battle for content on Steemit, just look to nature there truly is a plethora out there. Just look at his beautiful eyes close up..

These are a great sign of a healthy ecosystem as well as keeping many pests that eat vegetables at bay.
