Is this guy accessing peoples wallets?
I may be being stupid and if so then ignore this, but he seems to be getting a lot of steam dollars from people, and my first lot of steem dollars while not being a lot, 6 steem dollars or so went to his wallet. A lot bigger sums have gone to his wallet from other people. It happened when I was trying to transfer steem dollars to steem, so is this the account they go to, to be switched to steem, or is this guy just raking it in at others expense?
