EXMOOR PONIES AND VIEWS
Started the day looking out at the squirrell eating his nuts hope you can see him on the flower pot
had to take picture through window they dont like photos.
Had a drive out to Porlock and up Porlock hil which is the steepest A road in Britian approaching 1 in 4
it climbs approximately 1300 ft
On the top of the hill is the old land mark AA breakdown box used in years gone by for breakdowns
Common problen then was over heating and brakes to hot and burning .Many accidents have happened over the years
going down the hill.
When at the top of hill the views and drive across the hills are out of this world on a good day not always that way
though can be very tricky at times.
Good to see the Exmoor ponies in so close today enjoying a rare bit of winter sun .
