Freaky banana bread
Have you guys ever seen a banana tree in real life? They’re kind of freaky looking.
Most people like to eat bananas when it turns black.When they get fine, dark freckles in their perfectly yellow skin.We also have those who eat bananas only when they are greenish.I so much like to eat green bananas that once the shopkeeper mentioned in the shop that I just took a 1kg of decoration.One of the wonderful ways to make use of bananas is banana bread.Of course this is not a bread, in the classical sense, but a cake with many wonderful ingredients.
This is my favorite combination - cinnamon and walnuts.I think I'm in love with this cake-bread! After the oatmeal, this is my favorite breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup (from white cafe) softened margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2, 1/2 banana
1 spoon of soda-bicarbon
2 cups of flour
a little salt
150g cinnamon and walnuts
