It's not so hard to walk in this mess on Steemit, we all just must be positive. I understand all, why our pending payouts reduced on 1%. 
@abit said it's gonna be 3%, but no, it's 1%. OK, I am not angry about this, I understand all, but I want few comments on this post about this:
