More Precious Than Gold

Being happy, soulful, content, inspired, humbled and totally astounded all because of Nature's beauty and raw power exhibited by the Ocean. This is what surfing makes us feel and where the Ocean takes us. The feeling of being alive in a place of infinite force and power with unpredictable situations. Although this may seem like the whole picture of everything, it is not. Because the Ocean, the very source of our joy and passion is also our source of food and most importantly, life on this Earth and we have done more havoc and destruction than good conservation. Let us open our eyes so that we may open our minds to understand that everything in this world is interconnected and we must protect every bit of it, especially our Oceans. It is our duty and obligation to be responsible for our garbage and to stand up against the exploiters no matter how big or small their acts and groups are. The Ocean is the blood of this Earth we need it healthy to sustain life both on land and water for the next generations of the flora and fauna, Earth and Ocean, for no riches can ever match them.
