My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2025

Greetings to all you active people! How are you all doing today? I'm doing well despite this cold rain that just won't let up so we can't go for a nice walk after work. You can easily understand that I don't want to go out in the rain and risk catching a cold, or worse, right after work. That's why I rarely manage 10,000 steps this time of year. Here I am showing you 6,000 steps taken at work, standing all day, stamping my feet in place, which is even worse than walking long distances. I'll still try to exceed 5,000 steps every day, even if the weather isn't great right now.
