It's thrilling to see how companies and organizations are staring to really innovate how they are structured and reward their members. People coming together towards a common goal is as old as humanity itself. Organizations bring out the best and worst of humanity, they drive world changing innovation and help us all survive by providing us rewards for our efforts.
