Happy dream come true - anything is possible

Hi there

I have to share with you. Last week Thursday was my 43rd birthday and I was able to do something I have always wanted to. ZIPLINING!!
Now, this may sound silly to some, but for me it was a dream come true. For years I have had to sit and watch as others got to zip through the mountains, experience nature from a point of view only wild life get to see. All because of my weight. The spirit has always been there but the body just would not allow it.

After losing the weight, studying, coaching and gaining the freedom, I did it on Friday 21 June 2019, at long last. It was an experience worth fighting for. I can't believe how scared I was! LOL! I think I was more scared of throwing up all over everyone. The rushing water took me by surprise and with my vertigo, it's quite disorientating. Clinging to the rocks like a gecko, practicing my breathing exercises, and hoping that my empty stomach will not turn on me, was one for the books......hehehe.
