Should morals be ambiguous or clear and constant?
I have met a person who once told me that rapists are victims too. That it's not their fault that they cannot control their urges because it's the people and their environment who made them like that. But, in my defense, what about your God given ability to choose? Wouldn't you feel guilty and weird coming up with thoughts of rape? What do you think would happen if we take away the consequences of a person committing serious crime? I also believe social disintegration starts when we make our morals ambiguous and believe in excuses instead of results.
