Life happens...There will be times when you set out on your training goals, your dieting goals or any goal for that matter where you will hit road bumps. These road bumps could last a day or could last a week, Life happens...
You can try to mitigate road bumps by getting a very supportive network of people around you. So they can help out with child care, help out with keeping you accountable, help out with doing chores around the house, the list goes on with what this supportive network can help you with.
But what happens when something major arises with you new goal? What happens when you have to travel? a death of a family member? Or your supporting network has their own goals and commitments?
