The truth about me and what I do is, that I have nothing new to teach or show you.

I am too busy experiencing life through the lens of a body that I was gifted at birth. And this body is unique, as is yours.... So I can never know anything other than what I perceive and what I experience. This is a beautiful thing once you know how to look at this from another point other than ego! Because it shows me that this is probably one of the only things that will ever be the same for you and me.... Our experiences will never be the same.... We can be in the same room, breathe the same air and eat the same food... and it could still feel and be different. Because our information is being processed differently...

Let's create a safe space for each other to be our authentic selfs, without trying to change people to better fit into our experience. The world is hostile enough as it is, we don't have to add to it by forcing our view onto others...

We aren't here to relive someone else's experience, we are here to remember that we have to write and create our own....

Spirituality is the journey back to your true and naked self...

But also...

Spirituality is your own personal experience that is based on YOU...
