Peoples thoughts on CBD oils?

I would love to start a debate here with regards to CBD oils and THC? (away from crypto)

Been doing some research around it and realized its the fastest growing industry at this moment in time. I for one suffer from insomnia and since using cbd i found it rather pleasing.

Question is how good is it long term??
