Binance is Down!!
Since past 50minutes, Binance is down!!
Their twitter handle 
@binance_2017 sent a tweet for system upgrade notice 16hrs ago. The system upgrade was supposed to take 30mins at UTC 3am, but it has been 50minutes since it's been down and there hasn't been any update from Binance for the delay.
Due to the recent increase in user growth, Binance will be performing a system upgrade shortly after 2018/01/04 03:00 AM (UTC). The upgrade will take approximately 30 minutes. Binance will suspend withdrawals and trading during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.
Hundreds and thousands of traders are worried about the delay. We hope it's just a small upgrade procedure rather something worse.
