오븐사용기-땅콩굽기??
오븐으로 땅콩 구어 보셨나요?
땅콩을 후라이팬에 볶으면 계속 저어줘야하고
귀찮아서 오븐에 구어봤는데
더 고소하고 맛나요
1.오븐팬에 땅콩을 펼쳐놓고
2.180도에 15분 구운다음
3.꺼내서 휘저어줘요 뒤집어준다는 느낌으로
4.180도에 15은 다시 구워주면 끝
오븐에서 꺼내놓으면
토도톡 토도독 껍질 터질듯한 소리가 들려요^^
식힌다음
보관용 쟁여두고
남은건 맥주랑 친구맺어줘요^^
