Ajumbaise (wrap from mbaise, a town in Imo state Nigeria). It's a natural detoxifying wrap that contain different herbs like tree backs, cinnamon sticks,lemon grass, ginger, tumeric, garlic and cloves that can be mixed and cooked for the purpose of detoxing the body system.

## Preparation :

1. get a clean bowl and fill with water
2. wash the Ajumbaise wrap in the bowl thoroughly without unwrapping
3. blend the tumeric, ginger and to a clean pot.
4. add the already washed Ajumbaise wrap to the pot and add a good quantity of water
5. cook for 30 minutes and your Ajumbaise tea is ready to drink.
6. serve hot and drink daily
