A Goal for Healthy Body and Healthy Grades

For my whole life, I think this is the first time I motivated myself without anyone to be my inspiration before I was only inspired to do a task once there was someone who inspired me like my crush which motivates me to grind for myself but after I feel like it isn't worth it no more, I stopped every tasked I do and go back to my old self.

I was like this whole time and it repeats all the time, until such time that I realized something, why do I need someone to become my motivation first before I changed myself If I can do it on my own, until such time that I think it's time to set some goals for myself which I will never break again no matter what happens.

One of that goals is to have healthy grades, believe it or not, I'm already in 3rd-year of college, and in my whole college career I never get a 1 point something GWA it's all 2 points something, that's why I realized I need to get at least 1 point something for this last term since we are trimester and this will be the last term before we attend OJT.

I set this goal last week and believe it or not, I start doing it and it gives me a lot of time to do some of my side hustles, I finished my assignments as early as possible and draw my floor plans to AutoCAD so that I won't feel stressed once we need to pass our activities. Another thing is, I always take down notes on some important information while our professor lectures since I am not that good at storing information if there are no notes. I wonder what type of entity I possess that made me study hard.

Another goal I set for myself is to have a healthy body, I am thin actually, the funny part is some people mistakenly recognize me as a high school student without knowing that I'm already at a 3rd-year college level but I don't mind them since I don't care on it until such time that I realize I need to change myself with or without someone motivates me.

Sorry need to cover my face HAHA, every day I always took photos of my body since I need to know if there's progress, that photo was my body on the first day, and every each day I took a photo of myself, see I'm very thin that's why I want to gain some muscles.

I follow the routine that my classmates do it consist of different type of workouts in every part like shoulder, core, legs, etc. those workouts need to be done each day, I do it at night since once I do it in the morning, my whole body gonna ache. Night workout is better since once my body feels exhausted, I'm gonna lay on my bed and I immediately fall asleep, I was hoping that my goals will be achieved, I don't need that to my body muscles, seeing progress will make me happy already.
