Prep oven to 350•. Grease your pan. Gather and dry mix first 3 1/3 cups of flour. 1/2 TBLSpoon baking soda. 2 Tblspoon onion power. 1 Tblspoon garlic. 1/2 Tblspoon black pepper. 1 Tblspoon salt. Mix. 1 cup shredded cheese with 1/2 container sour cream with 1 1/2 cup of milk. Gentle mix. Bake 50 minutes.
