BINIGNIT
I just want to share our proudly Visayan dessert soup from the central Philippines.
Which is called BINIGNIT, the dish is traditionally made by Visayans with slices of sabá bananas, taro, and sweet potatoes., it also has coconut milk, glutinous rice, purple yam, cooked sago and ripe jackfruit.
Visayans usually served BINIGNIT during Holy Week, especially on Good Friday.
