"A CHERISHABLE WEEK, A TIME NOT TO FORGET"

It is for our guide, it is to measure how often we do our exercises and what intensity it is on.

Some students ask why we need to do this and why we need to participate in this particular activity. Simple is the answer, it is for our health and especially for our grades, it is like two in one effect.

It is very nice to have such an activity in school, not only to boost your energy but it is very healthy for our body because the toxins will come out from our body by sweating.

After Going to class our visitor needs to go in the city to stay there for a moment preparing for an upcoming medical mission, and we are part of that mission too.

But before the visitor arrived at the place, she first brought us into a restaurant and enjoyed our very special lunch. And the restaurant included a viand which I really like on their menu, and that viand is sweet and sour fish fillet.

I really enjoyed it, eating together and laughing together, mentioning those times when she first arrived in Cebu,
It is nice to eat at that restaurant, not only that they have a really good food but their place is very traditionally placed.

They have some antique plates and glass which they displayed beside the table, and even their washing area is very traditional.

After a very hard exercise I compromise by eating a lot and it really reach my limit that I can't finish or even start to eat my Halo-halo, Halo-halo is a mixed dessert it has ice cream and banana and lots of fruit jackfruit is very present.

Halo-halo is perfect for a very hot season, a lot of flavors and it gradually relieve stress for a hard day, there is a recipe in YouTube if you are triggered to try some when I did mention it😅.

But suddenly my tommy hurts and I can even go with another bite, I went to the comfort room and vomited, I can say that it is really bad I just wasted a lots of money, but in the other side i feel relieved. And I did finished my Halo-halo while going home, because @chimegipamus went to the person behind the product to put it into a plastic cup and we will bring home to finish it.

And the visitor is now on her place to stay that's why we went home immediately.

And the next day I went to school again and I have only 3 subjects and our class meeting is only half a day, I take my lunch and went home. I washed my clothes and our car,
Later that night we planning to have a dinner in City of Naga plaza and we fulfill the plan.

Together with @chimegipamus and @queeniemary, and of course the husband of @chimegipamus. Beside the bay walk back portion of the parking lot we set up our foods and eat together.

We enjoyed our food and enjoyed watching the students practicing tiger dance for a school program,
while eating we realize that we didn't even spend any money in our dinner, and it's very Good, we did save money by that.

We forgot to bring a glass to put our drinks that's why @queeniemary
Improvise a food container as a glass and drink straight out of it.
Because we brought some ice and it's very useless if we don't have any glass, and that's why she come up with an idea to put it on a food container.

And after we finished eating we fold out table, putting everything back to the car and after that we watched the children doing their dance practice, and @chimegipamus's husband get really sleepy that's why we went home and have our rest.

I hope everybody has their week very special because I have a special week too even if it is not everyday but for me it is a very cherishable moments.
