Super chicken and Rice 😁

Hello community! Today I bring you a dish that I made last night for my son who loved both the rice and the chicken and I also added (as a test) some potatoes to the cream flavored with cheese.

Ingredient:

• Chicken wings 2kgrs
• Rice 250 grs
• Potato 500 grs
• Milk cream 250 ml
• Milk 100 ml
• Corn oil

Condiments:

Turmeric Saffron
Salt
Pepper Mustard with honey
Soya sauce
Pepper Garlic powder
Lemon

Chicken mash Place the 2 Kg of chicken wings in a bowl and season it with:
Salt 2 g pepper (a pinch)
Garlic powder 2 g
Turmeric a teaspoon
Paprika 10 grs
Soya sauce 100 ml
Mustard with honey a tablespoon. Lemon, the squeezed juice of one.

We let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 min.

Potatoes with cream Cut and peel the potatoes, place them on a tray cut into 1.5 cm thick slices, salt and paint with a little vegetable oil.

In a container we dissolve a flavoring broth with warm milk and add milk cream.
We pour all the content on the potatoes.

Rice Place

250 grams of rice, salt, 2 grams of saffron and a tablespoon of oil in a pot; all over high heat and mix for 30 seconds. We put warm water to cover the rice by 2 cm on top.
Calculate for each cup of rice one and a half cups of water. Cover and lower the heat for 15 min until the water evaporates.

We place the chicken on a tray for 40 minutes at 230 ° on the top and the potatoes on the bottom (in an electric oven) 10 minutes before taking it out we invert the trays so the potatoes will be said Greetings and I hope you enjoy it.
