Why do we make Change so Difficult for Ourselves and Each Other
It's easy to know that we want to change something, but there are so many things that hold us back. The people around us remind us how many times we've failed. We remind ourselves that we'd just fail again. It's too difficult, too this, too that. That little voice inside, telling us why we can't can be very loud, impossible to ignore.
