Sometimes I Turn into a Dragon when I'm Angry
Sometimes when I'm angry I tell myself to breathe, calm down, just chill - but what I end up doing is huffing and puffing myself up to be even more angry. This is what I've noticed about those moments of anger and the difference between really breathing myself back into my body VS huffing and puffing and turning into a fire breathing dragon.
