The best category on Steemit?

Hello!
Purpose of this discussion is just something that I find myself thinking about. What to post on Steemit. How to get more people to read my posts and even find them - Steemit is full of great content so it is hard to get going. Obviously, the simple answer is: "Create good content!" But what is good content? That is the question here. Sometimes I think it is something that you want to create. But sometimes I think it is just something that is popular - like Bitcoins right now.
I feel that I want to create something that I am interested in and something that people would enjoy as well. It is the balance between popular and pleasing! But again, it is difficult to create that "balance"...

While I write this, my brain is full of questions: "What to do? How to do? Is it a good idea? Or a bad one?" And while thinking of these things, I have to actually choose and create something. Sounds easier than it actually is. Confusion is real... and it will continue.

As a new member here, I am still in the middle of nowhere. I don't have "my own thing" yet, so I have tried different topics. It is like being rambling. Hopefully I can find my own way to go.

I don't have a map but you can help me out to be able to choose a good topic or category here, on Steemit. It is so difficult, believe it or not! I might sound so hopeless, but I able to defend myself saying that I just came here and have a lot to learn.
I would really appreciate your help! Leave your comment here, write whatever you want to see that I could write about! Thank you in advance :)
