Hi Steemians! Today I'm going to share my experience during CNY eve (CNY =Chinese New Year)..

I went to cousie's home to have steamboat. 🍲🍲Yes, STEAMBOAT!! Because my couzie is Teo Chew..

With the cute niece😍

Teo Chew people eat steamboat for their reunion dinner and during the whole CNY period.

Basically, I ate till my stomach is almost to burst. (You know, relatives right? They will make sure that you must eat till you're full to show that they love you a lot) 🙄🙄

Next is Fireworkssss🎆🎆

Niece running and running around with her pretty firework on her hand. 😝

After that, we went home and waited for the big firework at midnight. Then, I thought about my mom.

This year is the first year I can't go home to visit and celebrate with my mom because the airplane ticket is too expensive😥😥

And she is going to undergo radiotheraphy by next month.

So, I'm pretty worried about her. I called her after dinner to talk with her. I talked with her till almost midnight. Even though she keeps nagging in the phone, but I really missed her A LOT!😭

And at last the fireworks. Lasted for 10 mins and that's the end of the Chicken year. I really wished that I can go back next year to visit my mom.
