Some time ago, I put together an index of content providers, people and resources that can be found on Steemit, which I dubbed The Cattledog Index
Compiling the index was only possible with the help of Steemit community members, to whom I am very grateful (with a special shout out to 
It is now time to update and expand the index, and try to make it even more useful to new and old Steemians alike.
I would love to hear about who I missed the first time around, or those that have joined Steemit since the original index was posted. Even ideas about additions or updates to the existing categories would be interesting. I'd even be happy to receive comment on formatting and presentation.
