Price Structure - Identify the BUTTERFLY Pattern

**如何分辨是bullish 还是bearish Butterfly pattern 的呢? **


Gartley跟蝴蝶很相似，都是W型或者 M型的趋势线

• 看x点的开始，是在高点还是低点。高点就是熊市，低点就是牛市

• Bearish Butterfly ====> 趋势 X点到另低A点会回调， 要在0.618-0.786之间，回调不能超过0.786，为B点

• A点到B点，C点不可以低过A点，要在fibo 0.383

• D点是由X点到A点衍生，1.27点位(Fibo extension)将是其位置，但是不可以和x点同位，或超过其价格

• 或者，D点是由A点到B点衍生，1.68- 2.168点位(Fibo extension)将是其位置

• x点在高位的话将会是个熊市

SL是X点位的20pips之后，TP1:在0.382， TP2:在0.618

Take Profit

• set the price target at the 161.8% extension of the CD move.

• closing a portion of your position prior to this level as price approaches key swing points within the structure.

• These important levels include the price swings at points B, C, and A.

• If a breakout through the A level occurs, then you can be fairly confident that the projected target at the 161.8% extension of the CD leg should be achieved.

BC: The BC move should take either the 38.2% or 88.6% retracement of the AB move.
BC的点位 either是 0.382 或者是0。886 回调 of AB
**CD: If BC is 38.2% of AB, then CD is likely to reach the 161.8% extension of BC. On the other hand, if BC is 88.6% of AB, then CD is likely to reach the 261.8% extension of BC.

如果bc是0.382，那么cd 很可能去到1.618 of bc.
如果bc是0.886，那么cd 很有可能去到2.618 of bc**
