Family Planning

Family planning Is the practice or the process of controlling number of child birth in a family and to create intervals between them.
A family whose accurate or current population is not planned well causes observable increase in the resource available, most times I walk around I see many families which are not financially buoyant but are giving birth to over five children whereas some rich families don't even have up to that number of children. When husband and wife don't have a good family planning, their children will lack most of all the basic things in life like good education, good clothing and so on which will leave the child to look for either legal or illegal way to make make some money to take care of his basic needs.

Purpose Of Family Planning:

Sometimes not well planned family planning causes poverty, because there is so many children to feed at home and so many bills to pay, it won't hurt the parent to have savings to get a good standard of living so when there is good family planning poverty will be reduced.

Enables a mother to regain her health after delivery and also for a mother to have time for her husband because we all know when a mother is nursing a child she hardly have time for her husband it create enough room/space between siblings, so that they can respect and love each other (i.e reduces argument between siblings.)

METHODS:
There are three ways to execute a good family planning the method includes;

CONDOM

This is a very highly recommended way of conducting family planning also the best way of conducting family planning because it as no side effects.

CONTRACEPTIVE PILLS

The use of contraceptive pills is also a good way to go about when you want to engage your self in family planning / this involves the use of pills to prevent fertility in a woman but the use of pills has several effects which has rendered some women the inability to have a child.

SAFE DAYS

This method is not 100% secure, this is the process when you calculate a woman cycle to know the days to have sex which won't lead to pregnancy, immediately a lady finishes her cycle, she is safe to have sex, because the chance of her getting pregnant is very low, but she can still get pregnant if she ovulates early, because a sperm can lives in a woman for seven days. Thus, the only time a woman can get pregnant is during the ovulation period, If a sperm lives in a woman till the ovulation period then she is likely to get pregnant.
