Is Reincarnation biblical?

The question raised here is, is reincarnation biblical.? According the video by Bro. Eli, there is no such word like reincarnation in the bible. The Bible is a book wisdom and throughout his search on the word, or anything like reincarnation, he found none.
He went further to say say that some mistook the death of Lazarus to be reincarnated. But it's not so. Lazarus actually died twice, first he was being raised up to life. But that would not be called reincarnation.

Reincarnation in my own perspective is being born after death. As some persons who lose a family member might give birth in due time to a child and they feel the child is the old Person that died long ago in their family.
So they call it reincarnation.

Reincarnation is not in the bible according to Bro.Eli, the bible is so bulky that one can not sit to finish it cover to cover on a daily basis. But the computer has made it easy for us. If you type the word reincarnation, or asked if there is anything related to reincarnation, it will show null. So that's what brought to the conclusion that there is no such words in the bible.

Also the bible book of Hebrew 9vs 27 says "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment"
This verse provide a proof that there is nothing like reincarnation in the bible as a man is appointed to die once and after that is judgement.
