Does God wants all things including evil to happen?

Does God wants everything including evil to happen to us.
I believed we all know the answer already, the bible says if ye being evil know how to give good gift to your children, how much more your heavenly father.
God can't be responsible for the evil things that happened to us. He's our father. God has given us a free tickets to choose between life and death. It's in our place to choose what we wants, let us exercise the redemption right we have. God can't watch us in trouble, it's just that we're not ready to go out of it.
God love's us.

Just like brother Eli has said,God just wants people who will freely obey him, without being forced. God is not a forceful God that will be shouting, you must do this, or point a gun at your face to obey his commandments. He just want to be happy seeing us obey him at will.
So this is the will of God for us.
Everything good comes from God, whatever happens next it's our own responsibility. God can not inflict us with troubles. It's not the will of God concerning us.
God is not human that will say ohh because you offend me, let this bad thing happen. No, he's not like that.
