Remember to show compassion
“Before all us young(ish) healthy(ish) people go out and buy EVERYTHING in the shops, consider the people most at risk.
I am reminded of the teaching that when walking in the woods a person needs to find three of everything that he needs. One plant should be left for the guy that is behind you, the second plant should be left so that it can grow and be part of the ecosystem, and the third plant you can take.
Its true that we need to take care of ourselves, but dont forget about the people that can not help themselves.
