I think that a wide number of people are already infected, the illiness just has not be turned on in certain people. So what can the average person do? First I think people should protest being bombarded with any 'new' wireless signals. Secondly I would consider painting my walls with paint that has shungite powder in it https://karelianheritage.com/About-shungite. I would consider not carrying a cell phone around, and if I needed to I would take the battery out. In my mind it would be acceptable to crack the phone open so that I could get to the battery (you can install a kill switch on the phone and cover your work up with an otter box/phone case)

If things got really desperate I would probably build a Faraday cage and sleep inside of it.
