Jackfruit Seeds (throw back thursday)
Comment below for those who already experienced eating a jack fruit seeds.
I am not really sure what are the health benefits of these seeds. But, I have one thing that I am sure of. I am sure that all my lolo's and lola's whom a jack fruit seed eater have enjoyed a healthier and long long life.
So, without further a do. Let's get it on.
