Manso the river
that we patiently approach
in that precarious boat.
Did we choose it thinking about that condition?
Maybe it's an abstraction,
we arrived there at random.
It was the appointed time.
Now we swear
that we will never touch a turbulent branch.
Or maybe it does not matter,
we are the ones
we will trace its channel.
