Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich euch ein Bild vom Steaks Counter in Hasir. An dem Tag habe ich ein tolles Entrecote aus Irland bestellt, unglaublich Zart und gut gewürzt. Die Begleitung war auch richtig geil, Bohnen mit Pomodoro und Kartoffelpure. Für Fleischlovers ist Hasir wirklich ein Paradies!
Die Sauce zum Steak war auch fantastisch, eine Art von Demi-Glace/Wine reduction.
