Coffee Journey Learn & Share Knowledge.

Hello Coffee Addicts! It's been awhile I haven't done this latte art videos and finally we
are here for another one but I'm gonna show you one of my student in the first video her name
is Ashmita she is a young lady from Nepal hardworking student I ever met easy to teach
her about coffee you won't believe how fast she learns whenever I share about my knowledge
to someone I give them in full only if they want to learn of course you don't teach people
who doesn't want to learn because it's only will waste your time and energy to do so.

With her it was smooth sailing she ask me hundreds of questions every week she wrote
so much on her notebook until she needed to by another one just so she can write
everything that I was teaching her haha! It was such a pleasure to teach someone who
wants to learn, the best part is she ask me so many questions some of the questions
she ask I actually learn something new due to those hundreds of questions
whenever I don't know something I did the research for her so she knows the answer
and its good for me also I learn in the process.

So the first video is Ashmita doing her latte art and the rest of the video is me trying
out new latte arts some I failed yes I do fail you need to fail in order to learn which a
lot of people are afraid of failure you should never be afraid of it but embrace it.
One day Ashmita apologize to me I said why are you apologizing to me? she said
sorry for asking too many questions I started laughing and told her No you don't need
to apologize for anything I'm am your leader if I fail to teach you I fail as a leader.
She never apologize again. I'm proud of this one now she handles the bar at the shop
where I resigned she's managing the bar alone and doing well.

Well that's one of the many stories I wanna share with you in my coffee journey and
my work in the bar. The second video you see I'm learning how to do the slowsetta
surprisingly hard to make but @happyyy101 mastered it before me I hope
she post her latte art someday her latte art is better than me she can do weird things
on her coffee hehe.

The Third video is I'm learning how to do swan art but as you can see my swan is
missing a neck lol! so I didn't give up no way so i did it again and finally i made it!
this is the first time I ever made a swan successfully I was quite happy about it.
A lot of better swan art out there but im glad I can do it too.

Ingredients used in the video as follows;

Milk - 200ml or 150ml (depending on cup size)
Coffee grounds - 20gram
Condensend milk - 20gram (optional)
Cocoa powder on espresso - (optional just to make your latte art pop)
