Discovery Wildlife Park
I snuck out for the afternoon and went to Discovery Wildlife Park. It's near where I live and I had never been before. I would describe it as a small very casual zoo. We saw a variety of animals ranging from a pen of Guinea Pig's to a pair of Lions. A pretty cool little place and much cheaper than your typical zoo and pretty laid back so it made for a nice afternoon.
Pretty Kitty! Lots of local animals where here and they had a real focus on Bears. Apparently a few of the bears are fairly tamed and someone said they got is trouble for taking a bear through the drive through in town a few years ago. Kinda terrifying, kinda hilarious.
