The '2-list' strategy for increasing productivity from Warren Buffet.

There are three steps involved in this strategy.

Step 1:
Make a list of top 25 priorities.

Step 2:
Out of those 25 make a second list of 5 most important priorities.

Step 3:
Focus only on the 2nd list with 5 most important ones. Forget about the other 20 since they are the ones that will reduce your productivity more then any other things.

Use the power of Elimination.

Eliminate ruthlessly. Force yourself to focus. Complete a task or kill it.
