Katy Perry Posts Her New ‘Crypto Claws’ On Instagram
Vocalist and number one Twitter big name Katy Perry has joined the crypto fever by posting a picture of her crypto-themed manicure on Instagram Thursday, Jan. 25.
Perry's nails are currently beautified with 3D pictures of five cryptocurrencies superimposed over a foundation of US dollar bills: the currencies are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Stellar and Monero. The vocalist did not unveil the reasons behind her selection.
The post - captioned “$—CrYpTo ClAwS—$” - has managed to amass over 150,000 likes.
Perry has additionally labeled the Instagram accounts of every one of the five cryptocurrencies - ethereum_updates, litecoinofficial, bit, stellarlumens and moneroofficial.
More and more celebrities have been exposing their involvement in crypto lately.
Prior this week, rapper 50 Cent was accounted for to have made around 700 bitcoins when he began tolerating Bitcoin for his album released in 2014. He just recalled about his Bitcoin stash, which now adds up to about $7 mln, this week.
