Splinterlands Completely Lost It's Profitability. WTF Happened?

This game has been nothing but a dissapointment over the last month. I now earn about 10 DEC per match while I was averaging 30 DEC per match just a few weeks ago. Also DEC AND SPS have lost 40% of their value in just the last few weeks as well. Rewards chests have been paying out much less DEC as well and the cards you earn aren't nearly as valuable as the earlier versions were. Consisidering how they keep delaying the earning of SPS in ranked matches and Brawls as well, I have lost half my guild in the past few weeks who were very competitive players last month. The remaining players who haven't left barely play anymore and earn more renting out their cards than playing (which also isn't very profitable anymore.) This game is loosing it's profitability from every angle imagineable and is now the least profitable play to earn game out right now for new players. Where will this end? Please share your thoughts.
