ELIXIR Is Live!

It's been a little bit since the ELIXIR whitepaper came out. I opened it up for feedback, and now that we're at the end of June, the token is now live!

To get ELIXIR tokens, you can either buy them from Hive-Engine or Tribaldex for 1 HIVE each until the sales tranche of 10,000 sells out, or you can delegate to Hive account@nectarbytes.
